Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services
All fees paid for strategic advisory, investment planning, capital raising, and consulting services are non-refundable. Once engagement begins, significant time and resources are allocated, which cannot be reversed or reclaimed.
2. Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel a service engagement before it begins, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the agreed-upon start date. In certain exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may allow partial refunds or credits for future services.
3. Service Modifications
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. While refunds are not available, we are committed to addressing concerns and, where appropriate, modifying the scope of work to better meet your expectations.
4. Digital Content and Reports
All digital reports, insights, analytics, and documentation provided as part of our service offerings are considered final and non-returnable. No refunds will be issued once the content has been delivered or accessed.
5. Exceptions
In rare and exceptional cases, such as technical errors in billing or duplicate payments, a refund may be processed after a thorough review. All such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date.
